What is the delivery time?

We offer free shipping to Europe, United States, Canadá and Australia.

Order processing time 1-3 days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery time:

  • Europe - Delivery in 7 to 20 business days (after dispatch), depends on which country you are.
  • USA - Delivery in 10 to 20 business days (after dispatch), depends on which country you are

We use the following shipping parties:

- Fedex

We are committed to providing the best shipping experience possible, constantly seeking ways to expedite deliveries. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, adverse weather conditions, and unforeseen events that may result in shipping delays.

While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays and issues faced by our carriers may occur.

Even without guaranteeing exact delivery dates, we take full responsibility for investigating any delays or issues and will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused. Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the processing and shipment of your order.

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for each order. The tracking number will be available as soon as the product is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email 24 to 48 hours after placing the order.

 

Customs Duties and Import Fees

Due to different customs policies and import fees, LOYAL LOVE PETS is not responsible for their payment, which is the consumer's responsibility. We also have no control over other potential costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied upon the arrival of an order in the destination country. The total price includes only the item's price, the applicable VAT, if any, and shipping expenses. If the consumer has any doubts, they should contact the local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
