Refund and Exchange Policy

Dear customer,

We are continually enhancing our Customer Support with the suggestions you send us. Below are the main guidelines of our Customer Service Policy:

Loyal Love Pets allows the exchange or return of ordered items within a maximum period of 15 days from their receipt, along with the proof of purchase.

Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. 

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Condition of your item:

If any part of your PRODUCT is damaged or does not meet the quality you expected, please send us an image of your product. Our Quality team will analyze the issue and may send you another product. To be eligible for a new shipment of the product, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.

All products will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions mentioned above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

Refund Policy:

If the product you received is damaged, different from what was requested, or has delivery issues, let us know! Please send an email to customer@loyallovepets.com.

We will analyze each case individually and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within [10 business days] using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds. 

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

IF Refunds late or missing are found (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
